Motivasi untuk guru

AYAM PUN MENGERAMKAN SEMUA TELURNYA - HAMEDAH WOK AWANG

Salah satu pantang besar pengetua saya adalah apabila guru menyerah kalah dan melabel pelajar bodoh. Beliau sentiasa menekankan pelajar mesti dididik dan diasuh sehinggalah ke saat akhir. Dalam unjuran tersebut, beliau hendak seratus peratus, tidak boleh tidak. Jenuh juga berdebat dengan beliau.

"Jangan sekali-kali cop pelajar hopeless. Mesti berikan mereka harapan dan mesti mempunyai keyakinan pada diri sendiri! Kita boleh menjadi guru terbaik," katanya.

"Saya tidak mahu kita lebih teruk daripada ayam. Ayam tidak pernah menolak telurnya untuk dieram.Malah kalau diletakkan telur itik pun dieramkan juga. Kalau ada telur yang terkeluar, dikuak kembali ke bawah kepaknya. Eram semua."

"Apabila menetas baru tahu tembelang atau tidaknya!"

Moral of story: Never give up to teach our student. They have their ability to be the best. Give oppurtinity to them. Let them show that they can be the best among the best.So, teacher needs to teach and motivate them not blame them. In future, they will become a useful person only because a person named 'teacher'..(^_^")

Stand as volunteer at aquatic center make me realize need to thanks everything. OKU people can swim and can behave as normal people..some of them only have one leg, but they try to be champion in the games..but why do we sometimes keep on being ungrateful person..keep asking to be perfect in everything...why??why?..
oh my God, u are the most createful..thanks to Creator everyday, everytime..He always give the best to us..
